Attila Tóth - Personal Trainer
Attila has been training since he was 16 years old. He earned his degree in Sports Management at Corvinus University. His love for fitness motivated him to gain knowledge as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor at International Wellness Institute. After that he joined our team as a PT and group instructor. As a result- and goal orientated person, he believes if you have the desire to change your current physical and mental condition, he will make sure you reach your goals as fast as possible in the safest way.

Migue Serra - Personal Trainer
Migue was born in Cuba but he has been living in Budapest for several years. The sport in his family is like a tradition - his parents also work in this field. He graduated in 2012 at the UMCC University in Cuba with a Master Degree of Physical Activity, Physical Education and Sports. His expertise are functional and flexibility training, which he does with such energy, enthusiasm and passion, that you will never be bored. Being fluent in Spanish, English and a beginner in Hungarian helps him during his training sessions, as well as during his classes, like Salsatone.

Peter Szabacsi - Personal Trainer
Péter used to compete as a football player for more than 20 years. During that time, he gained his master degree in Physical Education from Semmelweis University Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Sciences. He couldn't detour from his passion; in 2010, he gained his secondary degree as a football coach at Semmelweis University Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Sciences. He also has a certificate from the International Wellness Institute as a personal trainer. After his graduation, he has been working with teenagers in a high school as a PE; he is part of our team for several years.

Georgina Baráth - Personal Trainer

Georgina has bachelor degree in Physical Education - Coaching and master degree in Human Kinesiology (Exercise Physiology specialization) from Semmelweis University Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Sciences. She has 10 years of personal training experience from which 3,5 years was gained in London, having worked in the five-star hotel, Jumeirah Carlton Tower, where she was recognized as Shining Star two times. She is qualified Pilates, deepWORK, Jumping and Power Plate instructor and Physio tape therapist.

As a highly trained and experienced professional she created her own method, The Georganic Method to achieve outstanding results with a holistic view, so that she focuses on real healthy and natural training, diet and all aspects of lifestyle. Her main principles are naturalness and golden-mean.

She has finished a basic aromatherapist course and is now studying further to be Certified Aromatherapist at Panarom Institute by Feller Adrienne. Georgina holds special and unique fitness classes with diffused, 100% natural essential oils. She creates different scents to each class, matching their characteristics. Her aim was to give benefits of essential oil usage to her clients while training with her, but in the current situation it is also helpful to cleanse the air of the studio.

Brigitta Kiss - Personal Training
Brigitta was working with children for 4 years during her years as a professional athlete. During the work and the training, she completed several courses: Personal Trainer course at the International Wellness Institute, TRX Instructor Training at R-Med Academy and Sports Nutritional & Nutrition Consultant Training at IWI. Being a dedicated runner, she is proud to be the Captain of the Marriott Fitness Running Team. She has been working as a personal trainer and a group fitness instructor since 2014. She is constantly developing her knowledge, including the NASM's CES (Correction Exercise Trainer) course and the Functional Trainer course of the Almásy Academy. As a trainer, the primary and most important goal for each of her clients is to create the right movement, to strengthen the everyday moves with bodyweight and functional training.

Balázs Antoni - Personal Trainer
Balázs has been training since his childhood; due to that it was inevitable that he would choose sport as his profession. He graduated from Semmelweis University Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Sciences with a degree of PE and aerobic instructor. Furthermore, he widened his knowledge as a TRX and functional trainer instructor at R-med Academy. As a Physical Education teacher in a sport specificated high school, he gained his expertise in the area of education and physical training of teenagers. He believes that hard work always pays off, let it be the area of sport or everyday life.

Gergő Szetei - Personal Trainer
After Gergő finished his studies as a Personal and Bodybuilding Trainer at Fitness Academy, he immediately joined our team more than 4 years ago. Since then, he has broadened his knowledge in the area of TRX and spinning class instructor. He believes that the biggest obstacle in a person's life is to overcome himself.

Erika Madák - Massage Therapist
Erika has been interested in different movements since her university studies. During that time, she was an avid step-aerobic and Pilates fan, then she got get acquainted with yoga. That brought the interest of meditation and massage with itself- which turned out to be a life changing moment. Instead of making a career as a environmental engineer, she has decided to complete a thai massage therapist course. Listening to her calling, she continued with a Swedish massage therapist course in the UK and had her professional experience in a Champneys Spa, Kent. Since she is a licensed acroyoga instructor, during her treatments, she focuses on the balance between body, mind and soul to provide a holistic health approach to every guest.
Kohajda Zsófia - Yoga Instructor

Yoga and meditation is a daily activity in my life. I studied business management and after graduating, I jumped into the business world. Sport always recharged my batteries. I did meditation to refill my body and mind with energy. The movements combined with breathing techniques helped to relieve anxiety and stress. Feeling the power of yoga in my everydays, I decided to give this tool to more people. As a hatha and yin yoga teacher the active and meditative yoga styles are both close to my heart. My classes focus on the physical and spiritual wellness to create equilibrium, flexibility and strength.
