SPINE TRAINING

Spine training can be used as a supplement to the usual weekly exercise programme, or as a stand-alone activity to help participants thoroughly exercise and stretch the muscles along the spine, improving the flexibility and health of the supporting column of the body.

While moving our bodies through a set of slow and dynamic series of hatha yoga asanas (postures), we synchronize our movements with our breathing, thus creating a continuous and pleasant flow. Movements adjusted to the rhythm of ceaseless and freely flowing breathing facilitates drawing attention inwards and leads to a meditative state of mind. Stress-relieving and breathing exercises combined with relaxation helps calming the nervous system and easing the mind. There are no fixed series. Classes are open to all levels. Adjustments facilitate personal needs.

Hatha Yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga in the world. Hatha Yoga uses postures (asana) and conscious breathing (Pranayama) in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength and flexibility, and relaxation. Through proper alignment and mindful actions of the body, it brings balance, strength, and a sense of well-being to the practitioner.

High intensity, full-body workout with boxing, strength and core exercises all tied into one! You will learn the basic boxing techniques, footwork, coordination and how to throw a punch while also gradually building up your stamina, strength, and endurance. Get ready to throw some punches and burn off those extra calories!

An advanced class where we take your workout to the next level. In each class we complete different time- and rep challenges and all exercises are inspired by cross-training and functional training to get the most out of you.

Friday
PUMP
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm - Attila
Make every rep count! Pump is a barbell workout where you can get lean and fit without bulking. We use smaller weights and high repetitions; easy, simple exercises that you would do in the gym alone: squats, chest press, deadlift, lunges… etc. But working as a team together will push you even harder! The coach will give you precise instructions on how to do all the moves and the team power and great music will help you hold on till the last rep.
