Make every rep count! Pump is a barbell workout where you can get lean and fit without bulking. We use smaller weights and high repetitions; easy, simple exercises that you would do in the gym alone: squats, chest press, deadlifts, lunges… etc. But working as a team together will push you even harder! The coach will give you precise instructions on how to do all the moves and the team power and great music will help you hold on till the last rep.
