Every type of membership includes the usage of the training area, classes and wet area (sauna, steam, jacuzzi) with towel service.

EMS training

Our new E-body training is an electro stimulation or EMS training system. Thanks to the device that triggers the simultaneous contraction of the muscles, the training time will be reduced, but it will be more effective due to the intensity. Thanks to the short duration of a total of 25 minutes, the once-a-week workout can be easily integrated into everyday life. Before the first training session, each of our guests attends a consultation and receives a recommended training plan tailored to their purpose.

1 session - HUF 12 000
4 sessions - HUF 46 000 (valid for 1 month)
8 sessions - HUF 88 000 (valid for 2 months)
12 sessions - HUF 126 000 (valid for 3 months)

Make every rep count! Pump is a barbell workout where you can get lean and fit without bulking. We use smaller weights and high repetitions; easy, simple exercises that you would do in the gym alone: squats, chest press, deadlift, lunges… etc. But working as a team together will push you even harder! The coach will give you precise instructions how to do all the moves and the team power and great music will help you hold on till the last rep.

It is a holistic and unique training method using bodyweight exercises. It makes your muscles work the most efficient way by fundamental exercises. It gives you a balanced base preparing you for any classes or sports you want to try later on. It follows natural and rational principles and not the trends.

Attack is a high-energy functional fitness class where you can intensively burn calories and build stamina by combining running, jumping and lunging with strength exercises like squats and push-ups. These exercises will definitely improve both coordination and agility. The class is recommended for beginners as well, as the instructor can show you more low-impact options as well.

An advanced class where we take your workout to the next level. In each class we complete different time- and rep challenges, and all exercises are inspired by cross training and functional training to get the most out of you.

Fast results in a short time; X-training is a 30-minutes HIIT workout combining strength and endurance training to maximize fatburning and to improve athletic skills. Doing compound strength and plyometric exercises together will guarantee your results.

30-minutes class focusing on strengthening and stabilizing the most important section of your body - your core. We use the same songs and exercises for 3 months so you will be familiar with the workout routine.

Disco Wheel

Cycling is a cardio (aerobic) workout set to music and led by an instructor. This class is great for those who want a motivating workout that they can control at their own pace. If you're not into choreographed fitness classes, you will surely enjoy cycling, because there are no complex moves. It's low-impact so it's very suitable for people who want to balance out high-impact exercises (like running) or for people who have problems with their joints.

Function-X is a group class where we work with free weights, functional equipments and our own bodyweight. If you want to strengthen your muscles, improve your endurance and burn fat, try this class. Various exercises and time under tension will help you get stronger even if you are a beginner to the training.

Yoga 90 min.

While moving our bodies through a set of slow and dynamic series of hatha yoga asanas (postures), we synchronize our movements with our breathing and consciously use bandhas (energy locks), thus creating a continuous and pleasant flow. Movements adjusted to the rhythm of ceaseless and freely flowing breathing facilitates drawing attention inwards and leads to a meditative state of mind. Stress-relieving and breathing exercises combined with relaxation helps calming the nervous system and easing the mind. There are no fixed series. Classes are open to all levels. Adjustments facilitate personal needs.
