While moving our bodies through a set of slow and dynamic series of hatha yoga asanas (postures), we synchronize our movements with our breathing and consciously use bandhas (energy locks), thus creating a continuous and pleasant flow. Movements adjusted to the rhythm of ceaseless and freely flowing breathing facilitates drawing attention inwards and leads to a meditative state of mind. Stress-relieving and breathing exercises combined with relaxation helps calming the nervous system and easing the mind. There are no fixed series. Classes are open to all levels. Adjustments facilitate personal needs.

Yin yoga is a gentle, meditative approach to balance the mind and body. The asanas are passive poses which are held for an extended period of time (4-8 minutes).
