Every type of membership includes the usage of the training area, classes and wet area (sauna, steam, jacuzzi) with towel service.

EMS training

Our new E-body training is an electro stimulation or EMS training system. Thanks to the device that triggers the simultaneous contraction of the muscles, the training time will be reduced, but it will be more effective due to the intensity. Thanks to the short duration of a total of 25 minutes, the once-a-week workout can be easily integrated into everyday life. Before the first training session, each of our guests attends a consultation and receives a recommended training plan tailored to their purpose.

1 session - HUF 12 000
4 sessions - HUF 46 000 (valid for 1 month)
8 sessions - HUF 88 000 (valid for 2 months)
12 sessions - HUF 126 000 (valid for 3 months)

Clothes for the first session is for free.

Make every rep count! Pump is a barbell workout where you can get lean and fit without bulking. We use smaller weights and high repetitions; easy, simple exercises that you would do in the gym alone: squats, chest press, deadlift, lunges… etc. But working as a team together will push you even harder! The coach will give you precise instructions how to do all the moves and the team power and great music will help you hold on till the last rep.

An hour, high intensity, full-body workout with boxing, strength and core exercises all tied into one!  You will learn the basic boxing techniques, footwork, coordination and how to throw a punch while also gradually building up your stamina, strength, and endurance - you never know just what the trainer might throw into the mix to keep things interesting! As the class is designed for people who want to have a great workout and a good time too, it is suitable for all levels of fitness and experience, and no prior boxing experience is required. Get ready to throw some punches and burn off those extra calories - and have a fun time doing it!

Fast results in a short time; X-training is a HIIT workout combining strength and endurance training to maximize fatburning and to improve athletic skills. Doing compound strength and plyometric exercises together will guarantee your results.

Attack is a high-energy functional fitness class where you can intensively burn calories and build stamina by combining running, jumping and lunging with strength exercises like squats and push-ups. These exercises will definitely improve both coordination and agility. The class is recommended for beginners as well, as the instructor can show you more low-impact options as well.

Hatha Yoga

"The Discipline of Force"
Yan Chen will teach you how to use the body as the bow, asana as the arrow, and the soul the target. ‘Hatha Yoga' is about taking charge of the way you think, feel and perceive life. It involves a set of physical postures (yoga asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama).
Revive yourself through Hatha Yoga. The class is designed for mixed-level practitioners - All levels are Welcome.

Aromatherapy Yoga

The class is a combination of pranayama (breathing techniques), yin yoga asanas and stretching exercises to sense calmness and grounding. Each session will present you with a different essence to ensure the release of all stress. You will experience a gentle, meditative approach to balance the mind and body. The asanas (yoga postures) will be held for an extended period of time (4-8 minutes) so that you can enjoy the wonderful effects of the essential oil used during the class. Sunday evening is a powerful time to travel inward, replenish your energy, release all the tension accumulated during your week.

Stretch & Flex

Relax and recharge your body with some dynamic stretching. Snap out of your daily routine and tow away the body soreness. Improve your quality of life by increasing your joint mobility and flexibility.  You can use a few stretching pose pictures, some dynamic ones as well but without weight.
